Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for travel packages booked through Semesta Holyday Tour & Travel.

1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed based on booking status, travel date, supplier terms, payment gateway fees, and costs already committed to hotels, transport providers, guides, tickets, or other travel partners.
2. Cancellation Before Confirmation
If your booking has not yet been confirmed with our travel partners, you may request cancellation. A full or partial refund may be possible after deducting payment gateway fees or administrative costs.
3. Cancellation After Confirmation
Once hotels, transport, tickets, guides, or other travel arrangements have been confirmed, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the terms of each provider.
4. Non-Refundable Costs
The following may be non-refundable:
- Payment gateway fees
- Administrative costs
- Hotel bookings already confirmed
- Transport or vehicle reservations
- Tour guide reservations
- Entrance tickets, permits, or activity tickets
- Special custom arrangements requested by the customer
5. Date Changes
Travel date changes may be possible depending on availability and supplier rules. Additional fees may apply if hotels, tickets, transport, or activities need to be rescheduled.
6. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive or does not join the trip without prior notice, the booking may be considered used and may not be eligible for refund.
7. Force Majeure
In cases such as natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, transportation disruption, or other events outside our control, we will help review possible rescheduling, credit, partial refund, or alternative arrangements based on provider policies.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, and supplier settlement process.
